Is this the right time to sell and/or buy? And should you list your home on the MLS or sell privately?

Due to the economic conditions both in Canada and in the USA, some people have questions about the timing of their decision to buy or sell their homes, and whether to use the services of a RealtorŽ or sell themselves privately, etc. These are sometimes personal issues and need to be looked at individually.
