When people move from one country, or province, or city to another, the first thing they look for is a job for themselves or their partner/spouse. The second thing is looking for a home to rent, or to buy a detached home, semi detached home, freehold townhome, condo townhome, condomium apartment, etc. In this article, I shall speak about the steps to tapping the hidden job market.

You must have heard about top executives or experienced individuals switching jobs quickly say from one institution to another, like from company A to company B and so on. Have you ever wondered how these people get those jobs so quickly and how they are able to change jobs? It is through networking and having some sort of a special system.

The general trend of most job seekers is to respond to job ads in the newspapers or job postings on the Internet. Or sometimes, when friends or relatives inform about vacancies, the job seeker submits his/her résumé and waits for a response from the employer.

It has been stated that 80% of available jobs are not advertised. At first, this sounds strange, but, after following my system you will find that this is possible.
